The socio-political crises which erupted in the English speaking Regions of Cameroon in late 2016 has had substantial social and humanitarian impacts on children and education in the country as a whole. Serve Happiness Foundation offered academic and WASH assistance to vulnerable children in Rosa Faith Nursery and Primary School Ediki Buea Road. Considering the fact that education is the backbone of every society and a sure means of enhancing individual and community livelihood, this project aim at promoting inclusive and equitable quality education for internally displaced children and vulnerable host communities. The activity was carried out on the 25th February 2022 at Rosa Faith Nursery and Primary School Ediki Buea Road.
The lack of basic school supplies and adequate WASH facilities are some of the challenges faced by vulnerable children attending schools in rural areas. The Beneficiaries of this project are 120 pupils of Rosa Faith Nursery and Primary School Ediki Buea Road. Three hundred and sixty exercise books were distributed to the pupils and, COVID-19 wash hand facilities and toilet issue were handed to the school administration.
